Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this is the International Cricket Council (ICC) or Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) as applicable. Nothing in these Terms limits 99abb's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
99abb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, financial terms, or the core rules of the platform — 99abb will provide reasonable advance notice via a notification on the platform or by email to the address registered on your account.
Continued use of the 99abb platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
